Submitting the Application
Dispatch your request via Registered Post, or submit it by hand directly to the institution. Ensure you obtain an official acknowledgment (rubber stamp, signature, and date) on a duplicate copy for tracking.

Statutory Timeline & Response
By law, the public authority must acknowledge and determine your request within 14 days. If approved, requested documents must be delivered within a maximum window of 28 days.
